I particularly enjoy projects where I can teach others whilst learning new skills/concepts myself. I’m currently learning Golang, the most recent AWS service I learnt & deployed was Global Accelerator, and I just flashed my robot vacuum cleaner’s firmware.

A leading global payments provider wanted to migrate to Azure

Responsibilities:
  • Designed, developed and deployed an Azure Cloud Platform for hosting applications across multiple regions globally.
  • Worked with and consulted with multiple stakeholders to gain approval over design elements including Networking.
  • Contributed to Azure Terraform Provider to support deployment of Azure VWAN Hubs, a recently announced Azure service we were using.

Responsibilities:
  • Designed and deployed a Hashicorp Vault implementation on AWS for secrets management between cloud and on-premises.
  • Designed and deployed a Fluentd logging solution in GCP to relieve datacenter capacity issues and provide bettter insights using native tools like BigQuery.
